Yes – no credit card required. Start on the Free plan anytime. Upgrade to Plus or Unlimited whenever you need more items or users.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days the trial expires automatically. You'll be asked whether to activate a subscription – nothing is charged without your confirmation.
How do the daily to-dos work?
Open tasks and due returns appear daily in the dashboard. Optionally, you receive a morning email summary – so you never miss anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, no notice period. Annual plans are billed once per year – no automatic rollover without notice.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on servers in Germany. No third-country transfers, no US cloud providers. GDPR compliant.
Can I upgrade from Plus to Unlimited?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately. For annual plans, the difference is charged on a pro-rated basis.
Does Rendesk work on mobile?
